How We Use Your Information

- Provide delivery services: Connect senders with couriers, process orders, and facilitate deliveries

With Other Users
When you book a delivery, we share necessary information between parties: senders see courier names and locations during delivery; couriers see pickup/delivery addresses and recipient contact information; recipients receive package and courier details.
With Service Providers
We share data with trusted third-party providers who help us operate our platform, including payment processors, SMS/email services, cloud hosting providers, and analytics platforms. These partners are contractually obligated to protect your data.
Legal Requirements
We may disclose your information if required by law, court order, or government request, or to protect our rights, safety, or property.
